About the Role
Black Wolf Hair & Beauty is now open inside Black Wolf Collective, and we’re looking for passionate Hair Stylists ready to grow their career in a busy, high-exposure salon environment. We’re looking for Qualified hair stylists, as well as 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year Apprentice hair dressers.
Located in Erina on the Central Coast, our established studio brings consistent client flow, strong walk-in traffic, and natural crossover from our barber, tattoo, and beauty services, creating real opportunities to build and expand your clientele.
Whether you’re an experienced stylist, a freelance hair stylists or a chair renting hair stylist, looking for a fresh start within a supportive team, this is your chance to join a growing hair salon in Erina known for its creativity, culture, and client experience.
Options Available
- Chair rental for independent stylists
- Freelance / Percentage-based commission roles

- Apprenticeship enquiries welcome (we’re open to 1st, 2nd or 3rd year apprentices who are motivated to grow their skills within a fast-paced, high-standard salon environment)

Essential Skills
• You must be qualified in cutting and styling women’s hair
• Be confident in colouring techniques including foiling and toning
• Demonstrate professionalism and reliability
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
• Strong communication and time management skills
Highly Regarded Skills
• Existing client base (not essential)
• Interest in collaborating with barbers and creatives across the business

Art Class Facilitators / Creative Workshop Hosts – Now Open
About the Role
Black Wolf Collective has expanded into a dedicated art space and we’re now looking for creatives who want to host classes or hire the space for their own workshops.
Whether you already run your own art or craft-based business and are looking for a vibrant, high-traffic location to host your sessions — or you’re a skilled artist or facilitator looking to join our teaching roster — we’d love to hear from you.
This space is ideal for:
•Painting, drawing, and illustration workshops
•Clay, resin, or sculpture classes
•Craft sessions like wreath making, macramé, or textile art
•Sip & paint nights, kids’ school holiday activities, or hens events
Opportunities Available
•Casual or recurring space hire for your own business
•Opportunities to run Black Wolf–branded art classes
•Creative collaborations with our tattooists and in-house artists
Ideal Facilitators
• Experience in running workshops, teaching art, or hosting community sessions
• Friendly, welcoming, and great with groups
