Receptionist / Laser Tattoo Removal Tech (Training Provided)
About the Role
Black Wolf Collective are looking for a Studio Assistant to join our team! This is a casual position with varied responsibilities across reception, laser tattoo removal, and making coffees for our clients. If you’re confident, organised, and love creating a welcoming vibe, we’d love to hear from you!
This position is employed on a casual basis, approx. 2–4 shifts per week, with availability on Saturdays & Thursday Late night essential.
Essential Skills
• You will have strong communication and people skills, with the ability to make every client feel welcome.
• You are confident answering phones, managing bookings, handling enquiries, and supporting the day-to-day studio flow.
• You’re punctual, reliable, and switched-on, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• You’re open to learning laser tattoo removal and comfortable following hygiene protocols.
• You can make a good coffee or are keen to learn basic barista skills.
• You’re comfortable working in a busy, creative studio environment.
Highly Regarded Skills
• Previous reception or admin experience in a salon, clinic, or tattoo studio.
• Experience with barista work or coffee service.
• Interest in the tattoo, beauty or laser industries.
• Existing knowledge or certification in laser safety (but not essential — training will be provided).

Our clients range from first-time tattoo clients to long-term laser removal regulars — and your role will help make each one feel looked after.

Barber (Fully Qualified)
About the Role
Black Wolf Collective are looking for a new Barber to join our team! If you have experience in cutting and styling hair and are passionate about providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you!
This position is employed on a casual basis 3 to 5 days per week.
Essential Skills
- You will need to have experience cutting and styling hair in a busy salon.
- You will have a good understanding of current trends and be able to offer clients advice about desired hairstyles, to suit their age, face shape and hair type.
- Be comfortable with administrative duties, including processing payments from clients and booking future appointments.
- You will have excellent attention to detail.
- You will have creative and artistic skills to translate a clients vision for a hairstyle into reality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a variety of people.
Highly Regarded Skills
- Have your own clients, although not essential, as we are a busy salon.
